David Galeone
Founder
Business developer and service strategist with over a decade of hands-on experience in rectifier systems, including diagnosis, operation, maintenance and testing in complex international environments. He has expanded his expertise to the design and commercialisation of LV and MV transformers, as well as production and procurement for industrial applications such as electrolysis, metal refining and hydrogen plants. David drives EWP’s technical services with a strong track record of supporting complex projects and ensuring dependable system performance.
Giuseppe Gatti
Partner & Senior Advisor
Seasoned transformer, energy conversion and industrial power electronics expert with more than 30 years across industrial, transportation (railway), utility and generation sectors. Giuseppe brings deep competencies in LV, MV and HV systems, electric drives, renewables and energy storage, along with extensive experience in general management, R&D, team leadership, business development and international consulting, with the exclusion for line commutated AC/DC power converter assembly made up with power diode and SCRs from 1000 kW and up. He plays a key role in shaping EWP’s strategic vision and technological direction.

Power transformer specialist with a 35 years of background in diagnostics, maintenance, testing and insulating materials, including advanced monitoring technologies. Fabio has been a leading contributor to international technical organizations, standards development and research initiatives, and he is recognised for a strong publication record. His consulting work focuses on innovation, transformer performance assessment and the analytical frameworks that underpin EWP’s proprietary Health Index.
